The 450 Series elliptical was built to solve the problem most ellipticals create. A fixed, artificial stride path forces your legs through a motion they don't naturally make, and users feel it — as knee strain, as hip discomfort, or just as a machine that never quite feels right. Intenza engineered the 450 to mimic the timing and gait of actual running, with a smooth, low-impact path that gives you a full-body workout without the joint load.
ConnectFit specifies the 450 Series for facilities that need a cardio machine everyone can use — a stride length over 20 inches accommodates users from roughly 4'9" to 6'5", which in a shared fitness room means one machine rather than two.
All three configurations share the same frame and the same drive. What you're actually selecting is the user experience — and the right choice depends on who's using the room and how long they stay on the machine.
On the i2 and E2+ consoles, Intenza's InCare system means the machine tells you what's wrong instead of you guessing. When it senses an electronic fault, it sends the error code over Wi-Fi automatically. For a facility manager, that turns a service call from a diagnostic visit plus a parts visit into a single trip — which is exactly the downtime math that matters when the equipment is an amenity your residents or members are paying for.
ConnectFit is a full-service dealer with our own delivery crew and our own field service technicians. Every 450 Series elliptical we sell is delivered, assembled, and calibrated on site, then supported afterward by our own people across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket. Before the truck loads, we confirm doorway and elevator clearances and floor protection — the details that turn a delivery day into a problem when nobody checks them.
