Incorporated into its short 5 3/4” length is a durable high-quality spring and needle bearing swivel. This combination minimizes the noise, jarring, and vibration to your home and heavy bag normally caused when working out on your heavy bag. The patented design decreases excessive bouncing that can cause damaging stress to both the bag and the hardware. All Balazs heavy bag mounts, including those for the UBS, feature the patented H2S. The standard Balazs H2S Ceiling Mount attaches flush to a ceiling or beam and comes with a spring that can hold up to a 150-pound bag. If your heavy bag weighs more than 150 lbs, you will need the Heavy Duty Spring version.
